Northern Ireland Rare Disease Partnership bring together those living with a rare disease and organisations representing them. Their vision is that no one is disadvantaged because of the rarity of their condition.
CreativeTags worked with NIRDP to redesign their website and create an App helping them to keep track of everyone they work with. Designed to allow multiple staff to follow interactions with each service user, the App gives NIRDP the ability to provide a consistent service. Integration with a database of medical conditions makes it easy to record names that most people would find challenging to spell. The App is also connected to their website to allow new members to register.
